I tried changing num lock to locking num lock (teensy, ps2 -> usb), but it didn't do anything. The key was not recognised in Aquatest or Autohotkey, but holding it down like a modifier prevented the expected result you get when using the num pad with num lock off.

In the USB keycode specification there are three codes, locking num lock, locking scroll lock and locking caps lock in addition to the regular num lock et al. What are they for?

I believe the codes are there to support toggle switches (such as found in the AEK2 and some other boards) - as in a switch that physically "locks in" and constantly sends the signal like a modifier being held down.

I didn't get any numbers when holding it down and typing..
Edit: tried changing caps lock to locking caps lock too, and it didn't behave like shift lock. Just no nothing.
