DUCKY SHINE3 TKL Program, chatter?

Hello. I have a yellow Ducky SHINE3. I cannot use it properly, it has this weird thing going on.

When I press A key, the key does not hold, instead its like its pressed 100 times in one second instead. Which means that i cannot use it for voice communication for example. Its very annoying. Please help !

Got the instruction manual? You're in rapid fire mode. Fn + one of the function keys should set it back to usual. F1 maybe? I can't remember.

Fn + F1 to repeat rate default and Fn + F5 to delay to default

Then now, how do I turn of the lights? or have the lights on permanent on all keys? Now, f1 and f5 is glowing and some random keys. I should really learn this stuff.
