ok, now I can read it. It seems to be roughly about 20 lbs per box. So with 28 boxes this is around 250 KG of keycaps

Yes.
:-)

Because I plan to run HONEYB as PMK-group buy, they will be delivrred before the rest of HONEY ...
:o
Ok sounds good, i just have some things in HONEYB that i need to complete some things, and i didnt want to miss the window of opportunity.

Round 5: over 0.1 million caps sold, over 0.25 tonnes sold!

Cool... I'd be interested to see how that will work.
I imagine the PMK buy as one kit only - the 7bit kit. It would have all the caps, an MOQ of 1 and a huge, undisclosed cost.
Or if people ordered directly through PMK, maybe the bot would go on strike! :?

It might be a bit patchwork at the moment due to missing keys still waiting to be manufacturered. But the pics will come...

Lots of missing keys just now. 7bit told me the production sample photos on the wiki are representative of what's present and what's still to come. He has to wait on more shipments to be able to put kits together.

He's only half kidding about PMK. That service gets prioritised so highly over us! It's downside, though, is in customs fees for all the non-Americans among us, and the insanity of everyone having to contact SP about their mistakes, instead of one central coordinator.

There are always mistakes, after all.

Today, I've started to fill the first kit into bags. I started with HONEY/STANDARDISO/BASE.

It took about 2 hours to build it up and only a few minutes to fill the 5 bags.

I've tried to summarise what I can see in the production pics of legended keys (including the QC fails).
I don't know if these reflect what's been manufactured or shipped! And this doesn't reflect blanks or spacebars.
But from the looks of things, with these keys it's possible to make up both a GPA and a NN 101.
And therefore a beamspring-esque Graphite :)

SPH Blue (BFP): Nothing yet

HONEY Grey (GPA):
Row 1: many 1u keys completed missing but still missing over 20 legends, no 1.5u or 2u keys
Row 2: complete except all 2u
Row 3: nearly complete, missing 1.75 hyper plus 3 1u
Row 4: 1u complete, missing 1.5, 1.75 and 2u

HONEY White (WFK):
Row 1: many 1u complete, still missing 18 legends, no 2u backspace
Row 2: none shown (template covered over)
Row 3: only 1u homing keys complete, everything else missing
Row 4: complete (all 1u)

HONEY Black (NN):
Row 1: nearly complete (missing 2u keys plus 3 1u)
Row 2: complete
Row 3: missing 13 international/symbol keys
Row 4: complete

HONEY Red (RAS):
Row 1: unknown (no template shown)
Row 2: unknown (no template shown)
Row 3: nearly complete (missing 1u homing J and 2.25u return)
Row 4: unknown (no template shown)

I'm currently sorting HONEY/TKL, ie only the grey keys of it.

It does not matter that keys are missing (for example the 2 units BACK SPACE), because I can't sort complete kits in one run anyway.

I use 3x9 switch boxes, with 4 pockets each. So, I've got 18x6 pockets for a maximum of 108 keys.

So, what I'm doing now is filling bags with all the keys I have and when the rest comes in, I add those to the bags and save a lot of time compared to waiting until everything is here.
Spoiler:
IMPORTANT:

I need a new Google Wallet and PayPal money collector for 2015!

Until the end of this year, I would prefer someone who is located in the EU, because I need some funds here, too.

From 2015 on, preferably someone from the USA again, because we will have to pay for Round 5a, once Round 5 has been finished!
