I think feng on GH used to sell those, they haven't been in his store/ebay for a while though.

It's 'Chaos' keycap. They are made by group (or maybe it's just a guy?) in China. They did a bunch of others too like Mario, Punisher, CounterStrike... they use thin Cherry PBT keycap, dye them, then engrave. They did some just engrave ones with POMs too. They are pretty nice, I have a few but not that Cherry logo one. I'm not sure they are still making them anymore though.

Those three keycaps are from feng's group buy back in 2011. They are cherry profile pbt laser-etched.
