Dear All:

This is to let people know that I have changed my username from "jsoltren" to "XMIT".

I signed up for Deskthority mostly to get in on Round 5a. It's been a fun journey and as I expand my hobby I'd like to have a handle less closely tied to my usual username.

I got the idea for this handle from one of the keys on a Sperry Unisys tenkeyless terminal keyboard I got. There is an inside joke in there too: if you spell out the new handle it tells you something about my past.

It looks like I missed my chance to say thanks to jsoltren for the great work, analogue and digital, at Elecrtronics Plus

Perhaps I had a premonition in October...
(or was it the influence of a TRANSMIT key that was too wide for a single space cap?) Who can say?
