Any idea if the MX locks and MX blacks will be here on the same time? I need both, but I need the blacks more and won't wait for the locks if they arrive later.
I'll make an order on both, anyway, though.

Oh I see, in which case can you remove mx locks from my order? I didn't pay yet, should I just clear all and make a new order?

So I checked with the bot if my payment went through, and even though I was asked to pay $35.15, and Paypal sent me a confirmation that I paid exactly $35.15, I still have 0.30 EUR due? Can you look into it?
Edit: Received another invoice with 0 EUR due, so thanks SL89 or 7bit, whoever took care of it. Still waiting on the blacks, much like others, I guess.

Why are the MXLOCKs delayed? Does Cherry take so long to manufacture them? Or aren't there enough orders? If so, how many do we still need?7bit wrote:Blacks are stuck in customs (GH60 order) and should hopefully here within the next week. MXLOCKs will delay further.

I hope they can step-up their production in the near future. I feel like they'll be overrun by the Chinese switch manufacturers in both quality and quantity. For example Truly Ergonomic had trouble with Cherry switches (take the FAQ entry with a grain of salt, as they obviously have to convince the customer that their choice to use Kailh switches is justified).7bit wrote: ↑Cherry indeed takes longer because there are many more orders from keyboard manufacturers than a few years ago.
