ok. regarding legends, I'm bound to what Round 5 did. Remember, it's double-shot. Each new legend would make the set more expensive.
@matt3o Does that mean the lettershape of APOSTROPHE-QUOTE is wrong and you can't change it?

it means that I can't add more. The quote seems wrong actually

but it's a very small error, I don't know if it's worth the cost.

Now, I'm sitting at my Model M and can say that I don't like the edges of the bottom row.

But:
All row 4 at the bottom (SA-family) is less angled than on the model M without the feets out, so not too much of a problem.

Image
Prime , back-prime double quote and double back-prime and double prime, all on one keyboard.
:ugeek:

Once, we also had a double quote, single quote key (both straigt down), but it looks odd in my layout.

edit: No, my memory is wrong: It was prime-prime, prime.
:-(

On the other hand: Why so afraid of new legends? There where a ton of new legends in Round 5 and there will be a few more now ones in the next round.

That is, with SA Retro you didn't choose your own font, but overtook the font with the legends from Round 5? :-(

DSA Retro was sublimated.

SA Retro is doubleshot.

yeah, nothing wrong about new legends. Just, I would avoid them if possible. Depends how the quotation comes out actually. The GB won't run for 2 years, so it won't reach gargantuan-size :P

Please, that character is "hash", MAYBE even "pound" if you're very American, but NEVER "hashtag" outside of social media...

@7bit You are saying you don't believe me? The picture you posted with the description "^^^ DE-layout" shows the correct shape of the character.

That's hilarious! And if you extend that practice to all the other symbols, "capital 1" is shorter than "exclamation mark"!

My little sister (9 years old) has a t-shirt that says "#HASHTAG PARTY" :?

Also, in Swedish, we sometimes call it a "lumber yard" ("brädgård").

I got back from Melissa.

1.25 is NOT available in semi-matte Row-4. So I believe I'll stick with R3 in the bottom row.

Now, this would be the moment to step forward and let them make the row 4 (and row 2), 1.25 units key!
