The bot is not the most useful thing in the word, the emails from it are badly formatted and hard to read and the time between ordering and shipping can be as long as a month. In addition the instructions are poor and the method badly implemented, for example, I sent the refund code to the bot, he just sent back an invoice for my first order.
Surely setting up a little online store would be far easier?

Also: You did not pay. I must admit, I never got these darkgrey and black switches so I can't ship these, but the rest is not paid for.
This is the type of confusion that comes from using the bot. Here is an image of my first invoice (also shows how the email is displayed using outlook):

I then sent an REFUND code to CherryMX to get the money back for the unsent dark greys, I then also sent a new order of Whites, Clears, Greys and Greens, 25 of each. So that might be why the bot says I haven't paid, because I haven't paid for that order yet.
Was I supposed to CLEARALL before submitting the new order? This is really too confusing
