There is no FR-kit in your order and it even never existed in black.

I've got a bunch on 6.25 cherry stab wires (the came with both PCB- and plate- mounts), and none of them have the middle bend. I've seen the bend only on one keyboard - KBT Pure (plateless). I have the impression that the bend would interfere with the plate.
