Ah, so he relisted again. It is in good shape - but the seller's an asshole. I made a reasonable offer, then got permanently banned from bidding on his items without explanation.

Ebay at its finest.
You don't get 100% positive feedback like that if you let any pleb do business with you. Let alone Canadians!

Ha! That reminds me of SCTV "The Grapes of Mud", where a guy gets a job "dusting crops" (with a feather duster) and asks what it pays. The boss says, "Well, I can start you at a penny a day. The day after that it goes down to a half penny... and the day after that, you have to pay ME!"Muirium wrote: ↑I'd like to make an even lower offer, where he pays…

Whenever I list items for offer I'll get idiots who offer me $5 for something but I don't ban them from bidding, I just decline their offer. There is a right way and a wrong way to do business.

I ban people from bidding on my auctions when they do something unreasonable, like threatening legal action because I ask them to pay for return shipping on an item they are returning, even though the auction said "buyer pays return shipping".
eBay/PayPal are moving in the direction of requiring sellers to offer and pay for returns, Amazon too. They favor buyers over sellers. Anything to get more fees their way.
So, please: buy here, and not on eBay.

I sell here and GH but unfortunately eBay is a larger market for me so I list there too. I block bidders who are unreasonable in other ways. Just recently for example, I got a negative feedback because an item I shipped was lost by Fedex and demanded a return because it arrived late.

I can't find much on Memorex, but those could be Space Invader switches. Connector looks like either 180-degree or 240-degree 5-pin DIN, so I'd imagine it'd work with a Soarer's. Slightly yellowed, so the case will be ABS, and the caps will almost certainly be PBT. Spacebar might be ABS, but it's probably the same material as the rest of the caps. And for 35 bucks BIN, that'd be an awfully good price on a Space Invader keyboard. I'd be tempted to scoop it up, just to see what it is, if I knew what the shipping to Canaderp would be. Since you're in Romania, though, it'd probably be wise to wait and see if anyone else here can shed some more light on this keyboard before dropping however much dosh on shipping across the pond. Just my two cents.gogusrl wrote: ↑is this the good stuff ? those caps look awesome.

Doublepost because I'm a complete idiot. This space intentionally pointless.

Memorex Telex is either rubber dome or Hi-Tek, but I wouldn't take the risk on this one without more pictures, especially of the label.Crazy Canadian XXIV wrote: ↑...
