From what I've heard they'd turn your precious cherry boards into plastic rubble. We have our crazy mix of carriers here in Germany, all of them being pretty unpredictable.

I've found Parcelforce fantastic in London, but all post in London seems to arrive within 2 days so maybe it's not a great example.

I'd say that 90% of my Cherry keyboards (90% of all my keyboards actually) have come through Parcelforce. I haven't had a single issue!

The caps/switches of the keyboard strangely seems to be IBM to me, i'm probably wrong but if...?

Most likely not IBM, Big Ass Enter AFAIK was used only on the AT, and that split shift is no good news, but it definitely looks like IBM's caps, both in shape and the legends.
