There is not much info about it, at least that i know of, possibly there are multiple versions, as there were with the bbc micro with different switches. but i'm just guessing here.
As for mx compatibility, they probably won't fit:

I've bought it, Olivetti's are always nice to have. Planing to refresh it a bit.
Looks a bit different from that one:

There are no light indicators for CapsLock etc....
The backplate says "ANK 12-102" and I've googled it, but found nothing.

No doubt Olivetti rubber domes are awesome, but I wonder if that one is as good as my ANK 27 - I hope : )
Edit:
Ok I found that out:
http://www.museodelcomputer.org/index.p ... a=Recupero
Seems like it is a keyboard from Olivetti's M-200-Computer. Wondering if I can get it running on my PC..

I can't get pics, because i never got to take them :/ It was in the same place i got my ws785's these where also there, I opened one of the boxes and saw the board and switches(Rubberdome) but I have been trying to see what the model was, and i guess it looked like this:
But with the ISO layout and this type of enter cap:
I have been trying to find the model online, but I can't :/

NTC KB-6851EA Mini Keyboard with white Alps switches
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NTC-KB-6151-/12 ... SwwE5WV49e
The listing apparently has an incorrect model number of KB-6151, but it should be KB-6851EA. I have never seen this model before. I like the layout, because it does not add a column of keys on the right side. However, it would work better for me if it had a 1.5x Backslash key, which I would use as the Backspace.
If anyone here is interested, I contacted the seller, and he said that he has ~ 30 of these, which presumably will be selling at very favorable prices.

I'll ask him to pull a cap, and we'll see how it goes.
And of course the usual suspect b***a has a foot in already. And probably will fight for it!
