It may well not exist. Typewriters were a world of crazy in themselves! Even English had a bunch of different kinds back in the mechanical typewriter days.
Vietnamese is very complex. (Says the expert who only ever sees it on restaurant menus!) All those diacriticals, which look like they stack on top of each other. Yikes! Surely it had to be stripped of most of them back before graphical computers.
