Assuming you purchase an ADB > USB converter for this how would you page up/down / home / end? And would delete end up as backspace?
How was page navigation / backspace handled on the Apple ADB board?

"Delete" would be backspace, that was just Apple labeling.
To the best of my knowledge page up/down/home/end aren't actually doable without setting up either a converter that allows macros or something on the computer side. A lot of Apple boards were missing keys deemed unnecessary, such as the lack of arrow keys on the Mac 128/512 factory keyboards.

Yup. On the Mac we use combos like Command + Left for Home etc. Those dedicated keys actually have other, less crucial, functions on the Mac. Mostly for moving the view around in documents while leaving the insertion point still.

Command-arrows is how you did page up/down/home/end on both GS/OS (what that keyboard was designed for) and Mac OS.
8-bit software, it was a lot more of a crapshoot as far as what key combos, if any, did those functions.
