Hands down, Buckling Spring. Blues are nice, but too light and high-pitched; haven't tried Browns or Topre yet; and I do not enjoy the light linear Reds.

Everything is driven by nominations and votes in the previous round, as far as I understand. If something was not nominated, or did not get enough votes in the previous round, then you don't see it in the final round!7bit wrote:Why are the ergo clears missing?
What about ALPS?
What about Keytronics?

I like the "Oscar" system so far, because it prevents watered down votes among much more candidates in the final round. This is what Round 4 should have been like. The (full) results of the polls of the second round and of the third and final round will be released next Tuesday.

Although it's my favorite, the biggest surprise here was that the buckling spring was ahead a long time, considering all new fashionable keyboards come with Cherries. I thought the other Cherries would do better. Topre is a bit more exclusive. The Cherry Brown is a great switch though. Usable on the work place and near peers (no clicks), readily available, light yet tactile, and it is good for both typing and gaming.
