Orange Alps M0116, the seller sent me a counter offer for $58, maybe he would go lower.

Avid AEK IIs come up very regularly, in fact. There must be a lot of them out there. Perhaps they stayed useful (to non-mech folk) much longer than regular keyboards, simply for those oddball editing legends.

Whoops. I typed SPST as a mistaken acronym -- for some reason I mixed it up with Stackpole switch grid. (SPSG?)

Interesting, but not great. It's a foam and foil board with a very unique layout.

Bondwell seems to have interesting switches in its boards! Navy blue Cherry MX. Those look real nice, if not just for that color alone.Blaise170 wrote: ↑Whoever posted those laptops, thanks! Actually got something really nice for a change. Keyboard has the Dolch type coloring to it (unfortunately seems pad-print) but it has dark Cherry MX Blues (these things feel 1000x nicer than modern switches) with amber Omron switches for the mods! This thing is very interesting.
[PICS HERE]
Nothing new, but these seem to be the only source of a plentiful amount of Cream Linear Alps, which almost feel just like Brown Linear Alps to me:
They seem rather scarce, but they do pop up every so often, these laptops!

This stuff just arrived yesterday. Actually 7 Cherry keyboards - one of the black is a Cherry too.hypkx wrote: ↑6 cherry keyboards, maybe good stuff:

Bad news first: not a single HAD.
Good news: one MX black and TWO MX BLUE!!
Both MX blue with thick PBT lasered caps
Very nice grab bag, unfortunarely the MY boards weren't only thin PBT but also these crap integrated stabilizers.
Thanks again for the tip.

Cool that you got them, you were also the person who bought the tipro keyboards. You remind me of myself a year ago, but currently I dont have much time to do such things because of school and other things.Wodan wrote: ↑This stuff just arrived yesterday. With the prices of OG doubleshots these days, this is a great price
Don't forget you get almost 150 Cherry MX Clear switches with the board and alot of relegendable key caps !
Be aware that alot of the clear caps on the relegendable keycaps are missing - sometimes more sometimes less.
After all probably the cheapest way to acquire MX Clear switches.
Congrats KBDFR, I had to tie my hand down

Black/Gray Unicomp 104 USB Made for Macs!
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Unicomp-Keyboar ... 2363364692
Comes with cover and is a very early 2008 model - right about the same time Unicomp started making this trimmed down version; so it may not have any of the usual case defects.
Only $58 shipped! If it weren't for Ellipse I would have already bought this.
