I'm still fairly new to mechanical keyboards, especially when it comes to the vintage keyboards found on ebay. More than often, I see a great mechanical looking vintage keyboard and have a hard time finding out whether it's mechanical or not. The Wiki here covers mostly the mechanical ones and rarely mentions their ugly rubber dome cousins.
I'm convinced a large wiki article with a list of false mechanical vintage keyboards would be very helpful.
