The one up top might be a Monterey 104.

I just imagine you living in a house made of vintage alps boards, building blue alps couches, and green alps chairs...E3E wrote: May the gods of serendipity stop fusking shining down upon me. Dear god.

Like the Xerox boards, I just randomly browsed and there it was on my feed. Welp, there ya go.![]()
Who says ya can't get blue Alps for less than $360?
Waiting for the inevitable "E3E Alps Emporium - Everything must go so I can find my bed" thread.

The Monterey K104 will have white Alps or SMK Alps mount (hopefully the latter!). The other one is certainly junk.

That NTC is Zugluftiers from this forum. Contact him if you want it. I would've bought it but $30 to the US was too much for me.

Looks Hall-effectey to me, could be wrong though. Font and keycap form does look a little different from my 80s Micro Switch Hall effect keyboard. I would still buy it if shipping to me wasn't $70.ohaimark wrote: Morse keyboard, no clue about switches:

Yeah if I was in the US I would buy that for $16.17 also. Just the fact that it generates international morse code is awesome.

It doesn't look like mine exactly. Mine is a Robot 800c. (not my pic below)

My first impression of this keyboard was that it was a Keytronic foam and foil. For $5 we can find out![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

He counter-offered $12. I offered $5 (again). He obviously can't sell the bugger, and I made it clear that ANY offer higher than mine is worth accepting outright due to the apparent lack of interest in the 'board.
I don't think he'll sell it to me. -sigh of relief-
Edit: DAMN. He agreed to the $5.
Edit 2: He sent me a message -- I bargained like a boss, I guess.
Edit 3: He's going to come close to losing money on shipping it, the poor fool.

That Olympia logo brings me back to childhood. My grandfather worked for a couple of law firms and he would often bring me with him when going to their offices. As I was very little I don't remember much, but I do have this picture etched in my brain, of secretaries blazingly fast typing stuff that was dictated to them. Typewriters were always Olympia.
I don't know if there were other typewriters in other offices, or were these license made by a government company so there was no other option (ah, beauties of socialism), but since then I took this logo to mean professionalism and quality. I hope this board doesn't disappoint![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)
