33 euro is a high price. I've seen people sell those very cheaply.
My bad, guk! I think someone else in the thread said that they were thin which threw me off.

They're worth that much but finding people to buy them might be a pain...
I've probably got about 20 unused G81-3000 cases around, anyone want to buy the lot?!

You can get new NeXT boards from another seller for just a bit more. 95% of them have Black SKCM Alps.

I'm just going by what I read in this thread: photos-f62/next-non-adb-keyboard-t12259.html
TL;DR: it seems like the AAE models have white (cream?) Alps, not black. That's the only reason I posted it.

It looks promising but it's actually bad, really bad. The original version had chiclet keys and it was so bad that IBM had to scramble and quickly release the improved version you see there, with better keycaps. But it's the same horrible keyboard.tentator wrote: ↑does anybody know what this one is??

Yeah it should have blue Alps.
Another DC-2014 that will probably bite the dust .
I think they should all come to me. I'd treat them with the love and respect they deserve. Yes. DC-2014s of the world, rise up and join your new master!

Haha very good Chyros. I'd take one for sure. Or better yet the Northgate OmniKey gold label.

DC-2014s are actually somewhat common in terms of blue Alps boards. You might see one or two every month or so. I thinking anything above $80 is a bit much for one, to be honest, especially if it's so deeply yellowed.tentator wrote: ↑what had that leading edge so interesting a part being rare for a collector?
Yeah, as far as we know, these ALWAYS have blue Alps. Mine did.
But I'm too lazy to build a proper soarer's converter for them! Their DC-3014 bretheren are so much more usable! However, I will say that the DC-2014s are suuuuper solid and lovely for what they are.Chyros wrote: ↑Yeah it should have blue Alps.

Haha. Long ago, during my initial quest for blue Alps and other rare assorted boards in the Alps world, I saved many search terms and have been adding ever since. I've filled up my limit and it's pretty much all keyboard-related.Blaise170 wrote: ↑Dang E3E, I had just offered on that Leading Edge...
