Honestly, that's not even that bad of a deal when you consider shipping from Japan to Turkey, the original price of the keyboard, and the mods done to it. Still too much money imo, but comparing it to the prices other boards have been going at...

Are they actually blue alps though? I can't see the picture very well, and the slider colour seems off ... Although of course cameras don't capture the shade very well.

Tuntematon wrote: There are all kinds of interesting sellers on eBay. I just encountered one who packs up the item before even listing. Listing says "Feel free to contact with any questions." I asked a specific question about the item itself. He replied: "Sorry, item is already packed up."

Smart cookie right there. What a great selling practice, make the item inaccessible so you can't answer any questions.
This practice bothers me to no end. Never pack your item until things have been paid and the deal is sealed, sheesh.

I can only imagine it leading to the wrong item being shipped from time to time.

The reasoning was that it guaranteed exact shipping costs. I guess you can't achieve that with an open box  .

In other news, I received a keyboard with 1st edition Alps SKCM white (slits, no logo). I've been curious about this flavour of white Alps for a while. Feel is pretty good. The keyboard isn't in the greatest shape, unfortunately, so consistency varies. I will have to take a closer look.

It's a Keytech/Monterey K102 (FKF456K-102)

Make sure to buy lots of translucent blue tape so you can tape up all of your keyboards' badges, stickers, or labels and increase their value by 500%!

Dude, the same 0 feedback bidders are driving this one up too! SOMETHING HAS TO BE UP HERE. This cannot be legit. I'm really getting vibes that these are trolls or something. They can't all be related to the sellers, though they ironically help them significantly.

Unless that one with 0 feedback who won the TI KB-101A actually paid and is a crazy second b**a in the making. I really don't know what's going on here, but it's definitely irksome.

Look at the bidding history, it's the same exact 0-feedback bidders doing the same thing. Happening on this listing as well http://www.ebay.com/itm/111943444691

I've forwarded this info to support, hopefully we can get these fools blacklisted.
