That's a lot of buttons. You should buy a left-hand Maltron and a right-hand Maltron and put them on the sides.

what are those strips of keys to the side and behind the key board how are they for pressing?
trying to find something like that for my photoshop shortcut setup.

yes they are Xkeys

I use them for work (webmaster) but I think you can use to play
