I had a problem with my Ducky DK9008P, my fault, unfortunately I broken a leg.
I wrote three times to Ducky support asking for the possibility of a spare part and they NEVER reply me.
I think, if this is the support and the kindness an international company - in the third millenium - gives to its customer, that I can put my money somewhere else.
I never buy a Ducky keyboard or product again.
Thank you Ducky Channel.
One of your ex customer.

Quick upgrade, if anyone is interested (not in my problem but in the POOR QUALITY of Ducky Channel customer service): no answers.
I am very unhappy for the really poor Ducky customer service. Think to that before buy a Ducky keyboard: any problem you will have, you will be alone.

I once wrote them about a missing keychain that should've shipped with my Ducky Mini YOTH. If I'm not mistaken there is another mail address, somewhere on Duckys facebook page. I never got an answer from the mail adress on their HP either, but with that one everything went quite fast and they sent me some with no further charge (but like 2 months shipping). Hope I could help.

You can also probably get a spare leg from MechanicalKeyboards. They sell so many Ducky, I bet they can get spare parts too.

two weeks ago i bought the Ducky "Secret" mouse
it's the first and only mouse on the market that has a full PBT body and basically has everything i want a mouse to have.
Like "japanese moron switches" on all the buttons and wheel click. Plus buttons that are separate from the mouse body.
And a 3310 optical sensor.. Even the fact that the screws aren't under the mouse feet is a major plus..
Only two negatives as far as i'm concerned ..Let's get the physical out of the way.
- it's heavy as hell..removing all the weight it's still 122grams without cable (btw even the usb and cable are perfect)..
- No customer support whatsoever
when i was considering this mouse i tweeted Ducky Uk. asking about the XL mousepad that supposedly came with this mousepad (@ introduction time). Being that this mouse is new here in the Netherlands i assumed i would get one..
it looked like i wasn't going to get one..And felt a bit screwed by DUCKY i also have the DK9008 keyboard and had several Ducky keyboards in the past.
so why was i not good enough to get a flipper mouse pad with my €65 mouse
On twitter they told me to email them.. In the email they answered by telling me i'm not from the UK so i should email the head office so i did ..
Only to receive an email telling me (Quote) "Alternate did not join the promotion this time" .
i commented that i was impressed with their new keyboard offering coming soon..
So they did not hesitate to drop in an extra add..
Quote: However, we plan to release Ducky One PBT series and TKL version to EU soon, please wait and see
Wait and see ??? i'l Wait And F..k you hahahha
my final verdict; i kept the mouse because it's simply the best mouse in the market..offering what i need at a market price level.
But i have 0.0% brand loyalty in regards to Ducky it's just company that produces products like any other void of inspiration and only caring about the bottom line.
The only company loyalty i have is for something made by the people of "The input Club" and folks like matt3o and HaaTa.
Community members that put quality above mass production and profit..
So we both should thank Ducky for reminding us that there is no such thing as a company that cares for it's customers..
I mean how stupid can you be as company? how much would it cost to help you with your keyboard?
perhaps €0.15 part and €6 or €10 shipping all over the world..And for me that would be €15 total?
i don't think i wil be buying a mass produced keyboard anytime soon.. i have the FC660M (mx-clears) that i bought from Qtang awful idea btw i got the older model from him..
that has a 6.25u spacebars but the stabs are slightly off compared to the standard placement. So no aftermarket keycap sets for me.. having paid €118 + €48 tax + €39 in total €205 i don't think selling that wil be an option.
i like mx-clears but i find myself using my FC660C topre board more than than my MX-clear one
So i'm with you boycot all these mass production brands that see us as dumb consumers and put our hard earned cash in something build buy the community with love

Have had the same problems with Ducky..two weeks ago i bought the Ducky Secret mouse..
And support is awful probably the last Ducky product i will ever buy.
Rather give my heard earned cash and customer loyalty to the folks of "input Club" and guys like matt3o and HaaTa.
Community members that put quality above mass production and profit..
But heck don't know if people really care about this ..Most folks are just sheep that suffer from CBS Commercial Brain syndrome. And should watch documentaries like "zeitgeist addendum" and "zeitgeist moving forward" perhaps than they would demand quality and better service.

Unfortunately the email address was correct... It was the same they used to reply me when I was around to buy some keyboards and they suggest me a seller in Singapore! Really clever... I live in Italy!
From my point of view, for sure, I will boycott Ducky Channels and all the sellers that, I think, are not really manufacturers but financial companies only, I mean without REAL customer support and a minimum of spare parts stock!
For example, I think that if you buy and American made Unicomp you won't have a lot of troubles to find a spare parts, because they REALLY manufacture their products!
I am very sorry for you guys, who had some problem with Ducky, for sure we are not alone in the world...
