Keep your fingers off the damn font size button and there's no tyranny around here.

It's there for writing nice long posts with formatted subheaders and the like. See here:

After reading the sale thread (and sale related threads) from Berserkerfan it's no suprise for me that this went this way.
Idk anything about former sales from him.

I am not a fan of tp4 posts (even befor this thread) but I am fine that he could post here.
What I really dislike in every thread are the off topic posts.

Ok, so now that we post drinks I'll go full nationalist here :

By the way, you know how the Romanians called whiskey in the 19th century when they first tasted this drink ? "Bedbug juice" or "Zama de ploșnițe" in Romanian  But in had great value in the Communist times, a bottle of whiskey had the power to open many doors, that and a 10 pack of Kent

Ah, affordable corruption! That stuff's priced way above the means of the common man over here. Costs more than a bottle of something sharp to send your kids to Eton and then to Oxbridge, ready for their City payday.

What's that stuff taste of? One does not simply post the name of a liquor on DrinksThority. We need whimsy, poetic nonsensical descriptions, and force curves!

The whole purpose of this thread is name calling and publicly shaming a remote user for something what took place at a completely different forum.

You rather spread negativity and subjective claims, instead of solving this like a gentlemen and keep it where it belongs, at Geekhack.

If you behaved in the same fashion on Geekhack like you are doint here you've without a doubt deserved restrictions. It is obvious that you are trying to piss off as much people as possible. The weird usage of kursive, bold and different font sizes amplyfies your annoying presence times 1000.

It was all nice and harmles until now but what really grinds my gears is that you have the nerve to write in Mu's thread about his mum in your provocative etiquette and obviously trying to set it on fire...

Maybe it's just me but this guy is making me very angry...

Well, with that stuff you can light up a fire on a cold winter night, literally  The taste is sublime, if the quality is right, we have also the cheap stuff that stinks like rotten plums and tastes even worst. But a fine Palinca will have a subtle scent of plum bosoms, a faint sweetness and it will burn your throat like lava if you drink it like whiskey :evilgeek:
You have to drink it from a special glass (like the one for shots, the drinking style is almost the same, depending on how experienced you are, so drink it like water but they have years of experience , don't try that !!!!):

I have meant no malice in Mu's thread. I was merely pointing out that I sympathize with his situation as my mother has the same affliction process.

If Mu feels that I've insulted him or taken the issue lightly, let him tell me that, you have no place to interject between us..

As for the purpose of --THIS-- Thread.

It is in preservation of the Truth behind what really transpired between the --Rootwyrm-- and Berserkfan.

Berserkfan was guilty of negligence.. but he did not do anything approaching a scam..

--Rootwyrm-- is guilty of slander and complete lies and fabrication.

Do what you will with that..

I maintain that I have not said anything of insulting nature in Nathan's memorial thread..

I admit to having posted OT material in that thread as an attempt at levity, if some people found that inappropriate .. I can understand that.. and I've not continued the thread in that manner..

--Rootwyrm-- in twists of reality once again alleged that I harrassed Smallfry (Nathan) which is untrue.. I have done no such thing.

Anyway, keep it down, and chill, would ya? What's all this thread's nonsense got to do with us? We DT regulars **are not** GH. Whole other place. Whole other part of the world too, for most of us.

@Daniel:
What's the deal with wicker covered liquor bottles? A Brazilian friend of mine brought some stuff up to me which was sold like that too. Is it so you can keep on pouring more even when you're completely, uncontrollably, shitfaced? Inventive, if so!

Yet we never speak of Ivan who ran with over $10.000 , he is in the "shit happens area"

@drinking stuff: in Romania we do that to the bottles, the big ones, it adds some protection and you get also a nice handle to hold the bottle while drinking like a pig

I think Scotch whisky bottles are typically so slender just to increase the chance of knocking them over, so you have to buy more. Very canny, very Scots!

The liquor thing is always about shtick.. liquors have fundamentally the same purpose.. to get drunk..

So when you go to sell it, the more -features you can attach to your brand the better..

Hence decorative bottles, distinct tastes etc..

It's to give consumers something to choose from thereby creating a spread for prices to inflate.

Liquor is a low tech product, marketed as a luxury consumable..

Because if liquor was a utilitarian product like say eggs, or milk or bottled water, it'd be much much harder to create higher priced items..

Well, yea which is why --Rootwyrm-- is such a dirt bag... He's saying Berserkfan was unresponsive, fleeing and scamming..

All the while it was --Rootwyrm-- that pushed the situation into an impossible state for Berserkfan to fix the shipping errors..

Post industrialization, this was the state of most items..

Which is reason they've adopted Vanity dress ups to market the stuff..

Look at keyboards.. so you got mechanical, that alleviates some ergonomic problems, increases accuracy, all's good.

But then the price comes down when the supply picks up..

How do you sell a keyboard now.. when the technology requirement to produce them is low, and everyone's making one..

So now, they apply Vanity dressing.. Aluminum casing.. Color keycaps.. RGB back lighting..

All things that improve nothing in terms of utility..

Scots just love to get smashed! I'm not so keen as I'm pretty big so have to drink enough to take down a horse, so I'm usually puking instead of actually enjoying the paralysis. The upside is I get drunker slower, so can usually take the lead in making eejits of my mates when we're at it.
