Black acrylic doesn't handle finger prints very well. It is similar to gloss piano finish. White is actually the same way, but because it is white, finger prints are much better disguised. I think because of this I will do white for this group buy.

I am sorry, I only have Filco and Phantom (haha, I am the only one with a Phantom currently!!). PLU is supposed to be an exact copy of Filco (but with 2KRO and much inferior PCB). I don't know about Ducky. I am pretty sure Leopold won't fit.
Mounting it is very easy. The hardest part is opening up the original Filco case. If you don't know how to do it, it is almost impossible or you would feel like you are going to break it. Ripster has a wiki/mod post on how to open it. Basically you use a dull knife and slide it in between the top and bottom shells, pry open it enough to let the hooks from the top shell come off of the bottom shell. There are 4 hooks on the front and 4 on the back. Pry open them one after another. I have done this so many times on 4 of my Filcos. I can do it pretty quickly now.
