They are both bought from Taobao, here's links to both:
Plate: https://world.taobao.com/item/520088059836.htm
Case: https://world.taobao.com/item/522960226071.htm

The case is really good, it's thicker than the Tex acrylic case and has a uniform thickness. The finish feels much the same as the Tex as well. The problem with mine was that it didn't come with screws, I am using two spare ones that came with my Tex acrylic case.

The plate is fine, it's 1.4mm laser cut acrylic, so it is very thin and adds a bit of rigidity, but the keyboard without the case does flex quite a bit. Be aware that it is very very fragile and the seller gives you two for a reason, you will crack one (if not both) when installing them. I actually cracked both :( The one in this keyboard only has a very small superficial crack, but it's annoying nonetheless!

How did you get them proxied, Stabilized? I'm quite interested in the case but dealing with proxies is such a pain.

How is the case? I haven't really been following the project closely but the case really stood out to me.
Now that I've fixed the damn spacebar I can comment more :D. I wanted this to be a mini version of my Phantom so had to go with the Realforce bottom row. If I could take a picture worth a damn I'd post a group shot.

The case is really nice, so nice infact that I've ordered some extra bars to make it a bit sexier :D. It feels really solid, the individual pieces are really well made and the anodising is brilliant.

The plate is the star of the show for me though; softer than aluminium one on my Phantom but whilst providing more rigidity than the acrylic one on the Ergodox.

It's a good week for me for keyboards, I've got a Whitefox to build this week as well :D.
Nice! That sounds fantastic. Lovely little board.

The Whitefox is a treat to assemble, really. I get on with the layout much more than I anticipated. Really nice!

I used Bhiner.com, they are the easiest to use service that I have come across. They charge a 10% service fee, and generally over-charge on domestic shipping and the shipping to you. Honestly I think it would be better if they just made their fee higher as their service is pretty good, they seem to try and rip you off on shipping, which strikes me as underhand. An example was that they claimed my parcel was 1.6kg and that the shipping would be around £30, I contested this and they reweighed it bringing it down to 1.2kg and £22 (airmail small parcel).

Another option is dotdotbuy.com, I just used them for one order recently. I am still to receive my order to I can't comment conclusively, but they are definitely cheaper as they don't charge a service fee and their shipping is a bit cheaper.
The only thing is their whole site is in Chinese and even though the staff claim they can speak english, I have some of them just close the chat with me when they didn't understand. They also don't do pictures of the products when they receive them, but they do weigh them for a (theoretically) more realistic shipping quote, but I am pretty sure they still overcharged me. I mean they refund you the excess back once it's shipped if they did weigh wrong initially, but you can't withdraw that money, only spend it on their services again.

Anyway hope that helps, I have proxied a couple of things, but am no way an expert. Always open to other recommendations.

You should be spending your time and effort (and money) finding dyesubs instead of on silly ugly skull keycaps, ramnes...

Thanks matt3o, really like this little beauty. The blue keys are MX blues, the rest are blacks salvaged from an old 1800.

Still need to get it get it programmed before I can do anything serious with it, but I really enjoyed the whole experience; from receiving the box with it's excellent packaging to the assembly of the case it has all been superb.

Nice! The Bigfoot is such a sleek keyboard for it's size.

It's really nice! It screams that 80's era build quality. I mean, it still fits 100% perfect together, bottom is metal, upper part is abnormally thick plastic and it weights like 3kg.
Really sleek for it's dimensions...and it doesn't feel that big to me anymore...it's basically my BS hhkb with a loooong spacebar and a numpad. Still looking to find a use for the left block of keys though :)

Great to hear that! With soarers controller and some updated parts & materials it's ready for this century...with ease ;)
Wow, she looks amazing! Looks mint and still with original cable. What about the internals?

The internals are OK for the age, no rust no damage. But definitely not "mint" by any means.

Very interesting indeed, thanks for sharing. I can say I've never seen that switch, I'm sure I would remember.

The switch assembly lifts out, leaving a blank hole with a brown PCB below it. They are not soldered to the PCB.

Keycaps from Unicomp, Inc. on a 1391409. Just sold it with caps for about 100 € locally in Norway - was sold in about 1min after ad was posted. Looks like there is a big craving for Model M's in Norway.

It's the same in Sweden. A Swedish M (1391411) sold for more than 2000 SEK on the local auction site tradera not long ago . That keyboard doesn't look half bad with those light blue accents btw.
