PBT can be yellowed from other sources, too, IIRC. Cigarette smoke comes to mind, but correct me if I'm wrong.

That's a joke, I've read several times Futaba's feel like shit, but as usual that's relative to preference.

Well if they packed 16 parts into a linear design of course it's not necessarily going to be the best, but I'm still curious.

It depends heavily on the condition I think. All four of mine feel very horrible to varying degrees, and every single one squeaks like a pack of rats. I know some people's boards don't squeak though, and their experiences aren't as negative as mine. That said, I can't recall an instance of someone being actually positive about these switches :p .

That's how I remembered it, of course these oldies can be restored to glory. Futaba is a strange one like Omron, but they have their numbers.

One of the really bad things about the linear Futabas is the contact mechanism, which is essentially a piece of bent tinfoil. When you disassemble these switches it's very easy to tear or permanently disfigure it — and reassembling is even worse :/ .

Fellow in France has mechanical switch IBM keyboards for 12 pounds each, plus other stuff. Some complete Cherry cap sets for Cherry 7 or 8. Lots of interesting things.

That's easily explained.
eBay builds that rate not from the total of all transactions, but only from the last 12 month's feedback.
In this case, the seller had 14 positive, 1 neutral and 2 negative.

Last time I had a sale on eBay, I was rated 0% feedback because I hadn't sold anything in the last 12 months:

If that sale had ended with negative feedback, I would have had 100% negative
(just noticing the buyer didn't leave any feedback for that sale and I am still at 0% )

Well, feedback percentage is calculated from transactions in the last year only. He used to sell in more volume apparently. Looks like he's had 14 positives and 2 negatives over the last year which is why the percentage is low. Ebay buyer protection has you covered either way. You should not hesitate to bid if you are in the market for an F122.

Ebay's feedback system is to be treated with caution. After ebay "reformed" it it's advantageous for buyers IMO.
