I will keep asking this but can we PLEHEASE get international kits with the secondary ALGOL/ASCII legends?
Maybe just in the most common alpha colors ... but that would REALLY complete the special theme of this round!
Quite a bummer the amazing space cadet caps were only available in ANSI-US layout, maybe we can up the game one step this time?

I second this. International/ISO support for all the colour ways would also be so good. I love the violet but no ISO kit.Wodan wrote:I will keep asking this but can we PLEHEASE get international kits with the secondary ALGOL/ASCII legends?

I'm unsure if it is possible to make that legend. But I might try ...
What about A-Z keys with funny symbols like this one on them?

Implement some kind of search function please. I used to use browser's ctrl-F with the previous format, it is impossible to do that now
RoostrC0gburn wrote: ↑what happened to hyper7 kits?
These come later. There are still some HYPER7 kits available from Round 6!Jessicup wrote: ↑Am I missing something, or are there only 1.75u shifts in gray and green?
No violet makes me very sad
Edit: And no 1.5u R2 backspace I want to join this so badly, but with literally no HHKB support, I can't justify it
I will add these missing keys later.jebbra wrote: ↑Can we get the color chip code for each color used? And just realize the color distribution isn't as broad as last round (no blue 1u shift when there are another blue mods available). Or I just not yet see it? The website quite confusing tbh hehe.

I asked about this before. It needs to exist as the 1.25U shift is in the ISO kit. Without VERTBSL the ISO kits aren't usable.nowai wrote:I'd really like to see a row 2 and 4 key for '\ |'.
For us poor souls using ANSI International on an ISO keyboard.
It was HONEYB/VERTBSL/ in Round 6.

The wiki is slowed down by Daniel Beardsmore editing so much.c2lknt wrote: ↑I believe we're looking at 2017 just for the website to finish loading all the pictures. JK 7bit, it's actually loading really fast, much faster than the wiki for R6.webwit wrote: ↑HAS IT SHIPPED YET? (first!)

Now that you mentioned it, a keyboard filled with alpha-emoji keycaps together with some QMK firmware hacking will seriously increase my cool factor standing in the family. Not to mention it would be a great conversation opener with those ladies in coffee shops too.

It is easier for me because I don't need to do much more than running a little script to generate and upload the complete content.
Try the NEXT and PREV buttons to move forward and backward.

These are placeholders. Nothing is final yet. Suggest some legends there or suggest changes to legends you might find useless or out of proportion!
Also: Try to guess what they mean.

Already responded you by pm but didn't read the thread to this point. If these are placeholders, here are suggestions:
- nudge, IBM style: - loop/repeat: - split horizontal: - compress/limit/remove spikes/normalize: note: those are Creative Commons designs except the IBM which I don't know about

Well this should only affect the alpha keys anyway since the secondary legends of the numeric row is unaffected. Would just be very interesting to see how many extra keys are actually needed for a ASCII/ALGOL/CADET International/NORDE kit.7bit wrote: ↑ I've got to see what I can do, but these sell always very badly ...
At least in the most popular colors like GREY-ON-CREAM and BLUE-ON-CREAM
What MOQ is required for these kits? 25pcs ?

Have no clue the two arrows with ! and ? could be use for, who needs an interrupt/panic or help key?7bit wrote: ↑ Also: Try to guess what they mean.
Also the left arrow looks like a ALGOL/CURSYM duplicate.
Is that really a coton iron symbol in ALGOL/MODSYM? What if I need to iron silk?

The shift-style arrow with ? is search forward and with ! is replace forward.mecano wrote: ↑Have no clue the two arrows with ! and ? could be use for, who needs an interrupt/panic or help key?7bit wrote: ↑ Also: Try to guess what they mean.

That other arrow is backspace.
Not sure about the iron symbols, maybe one too many. The idea behind them is to iron out errors, like undo or so
