That is super confusing. I think you're right about it being NMB. The bottom row profile seems right, and some of the font matches up. Plus the stepped Caps is there.
If it isn't NMB, I'd say Alps or a clone. I just can't see that being a Cherry or rubberdome 'board... Could be wrong, though.

The longer I look at it I'd say it's NMB. I'd pay 30 Euros for that but I bet it will go higher.

It looks more like something produced by Chicony IMO. The front edge looks different to what was common for NMB keyboards. My guess is something "Alpsy"

The Alps vortex will never be understood! If it stays within tollerable pricing one of us in Germany will get it.002 wrote: ↑It looks more like something produced by Chicony IMO. The front edge looks different to what was common for NMB keyboards. My guess is something "Alpsy"

Thanks, but you and me may not be the only ones looking at it. Like 002 said it still could be something other than NMB.

Pretty sure it's an Oki. Linear or tactile gourd springs.seebart wrote: ↑hypkx wrote: ↑Any clue what this keyboard is and what switches it could have?

Hmm...interesting. If I didn't know any better I'd say NMB but I don't know. The keycaps look quite PBT'ish. The lock light bezel looks a little NEC but I'm pretty sure it's not an NEC.

Nice, Chyros -- it has to be an OKI!
It was really bothering me that I couldn't figure it out but you have solved the mystery.

Anyone for a Czech Tesla PMD 85-2A board? Haata has one and he calls them "Tesla Graphite Contact Switches"
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tesla-PMD-85- ... 2266323097
Or the Tesla PMD 85-2 model, which has the same keyboard but a different motherboard (and is cheaper, as it happens):
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tesla-PMD-85- ... 2255667236
Or how about a Hall Effect from great old USSR, comrade:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CSSR-MERA-Con ... 2104866827
Or an Oric Atmos with wiki/Stackpole_switch_grid perhaps:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Oric-Atmos-/1 ... 25c6688554
And finally, we get to magnetic reed, in another Soviet package, the BK-08:

Love that Russian Hall Effect board! That kickstand on the bottom of the case looks like a massive stabilizer wire! And what a beautiful PCB!

Maybe it's graphite that has been recycled from nuclear reactors.
Or graphite electrodes, like these from an arc furnace:
You can order them by the ton on Alibaba.

Right, with Nixdorf it may well be some exotic switch Funis21, judging from those keycaps I doubt it's Cherry.
