S-14. As far as I can tell from my research, the AP generation had a number of Alps keyboards, with nice spherical doubleshot caps, and occasionally with SKCC switches in strange places. I want to investigate further, but I think I'll have to wait till a few more checks clear
The S generation appears to be the last ones before switching to some other kind of switch - The LED positions change entirely once the S generation is done, and the S series had already gone from SKCC/SKCL/Who knows what to SKCL and integrated domes.
This is mostly speculation through overanalysing images from Google, though.

Here's a pair of typewriter-inspired keyboards.

Left: Pok3r with Datamancer "Classic" alphas and MagicForce "Typewriter" modifiers. Right: Qwerkywriter with Datamancer "Penhurst" keycaps and four of the stock Qwerkywriter modifiers (the ones that go on stabilizers).

What was the contest for? It reminds me of this video I saw (but there was no contest):

I'm curious where that color scheme comes from. Did some notorious IBM keyboard of the past have blue keycaps in those unusual locations?

Yup, some Industrial SSK's

Why is it called an "Industrial" spacesaver? Is it just because of the official IBM name for the case color?

I think these were keyboards for some kind of industrial production machines originally. Which is also why they are so rare.

I need ALL details how you made that Apple keyboard! :)

That's quite "simple":
- desolder switches off the PCB and remove them from the plate
- cut the plate exactly fitting into three parts
- rearrange those parts and stick them together with plates on the back using epoxy resin
- put the switches back into plate
- handwire the whole thing
- program teensy using soarer's keyboard converter (thank you for such great piece of software by the way)
- design a fitting case
- let a nice person mill the case for you (Apple would call it "unibody aluminium case" I believe)
- anodize the case in a color of your choice to prevent skin irritation :D
- put a cable through the a hole into the case and connect the teensy module
- put the plate into the perfectly tight fitting case, so no further attachment is needed

Potato or DSLR pics... It doesn't matter.

Took the picture with too much love?
Maybe post it in this thread: Random keyboards lovingly photographed.

Personally, I am not a fan of the Troubled Minds set.I'm not sure if this is based off of it, but it looks amazing!
