Pictures would be good, I can tell you now those keycaps will be worth more than the rest of the keyboard, by far.metalldude wrote: ↑I have a Cherry G81-3020 SAV (rebranding for russian distribution company) in a nice condition with ANSI thick PBT DyeSub keycaps. Anyway, still no one says it's value. I want to sell it already, but i need to know your opinion about this.

So i'll create FS topic within couple of days and i'll put the price by myself, because there's still no clear answer here.

If you give us a rough estimate of what you plan to list it for at the moment, we can let you know whether it's high/lowmetalldude wrote: ↑So i'll create FS topic within couple of days and i'll put the price by myself, because there's still no clear answer here.

With an item that exclusive, the price is very hard to pinpoint and basically changes every time an item is for sale.
Two people desperate for a set can drive the price significantly up ...
There's gotta be a few people around with plenty of money AT HAND to spend to make this really hit nice highs.
If you are looking for the best profit, leave it open for offers for at least two weeks to give people a chance to get the money together and take offers via PM, update the current highest offer in the thread.

Let's see the label
If they are vintage material maybe 25-40€ depending on where you try to sell it.
Non-vintage MX Black G80s are more like 10-15€ for parts
Nice find though, but the interesting part about that find are the keycaps for sure

a NIB 1000 board for 15€? seems too low for me @@ (I already sold NIB Cherry coiled cables for more than that lol)
Yes, I bought it for the caps

This just sold TODAY:
http://www.ebay.de/itm/Cherry-Chipkarte ... 7675.l2557
These boards - in used condition - were sold in large numbers for 30€ BIN not too long ago. And they are _NOT_ G80-1000!
It's very nice to get the caps in NIB since their yellowing is so ugly but without the caps ... don't expect to get much of your investment back unless they are nice vintage Blacks.

Someone will probably pay that much.metalldude wrote: ↑$400, excluding shipping\handling fees.
It really depends on how old that G80-1501 is. As you know Prelim G80-1501 is not the same as G80-1000. Since your G80-1501 appears to be unused I would value it a bit higher but not much. With Cherry MX there is what one could call the "Germany factor". Keyboards like this may actually sell for more outside of Germany, certainlyfo more outside Europe. The G80-1501 is very common in Germany. Years ago I would have had to convince myself to even take a G80-1501 used for free. But yours is new of course.Prelim wrote: ↑a NIB 1000 board for 15€? seems too low for me @@ (I already sold NIB Cherry coiled cables for more than that lol)
