To those 3 people who had not seen any preorder rebate:
I've solved the problem. The rebate somehow disappeared when people had too much money left to buy more stuff. Now, it will always be calculated.
About trains: In fact, you preorder trains, not key caps. The trains in SPH-grey, blue, violett, cream and cadet colors are rolling to their new home currently. And really soon the next batch of trains will be produced and roll out. All we need is $6850.66.
Phase 2 trains will soon arrive:

Even assuming that $6850.66 represents the total funds needed after subtracting $27,000 in Round 7 refunds[*], it still feels like such a big number to me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying we should give up. I'm just saying that I grow weary of the waiting and the hoping and the glacial rate of progress. It would be so much easier if we didn't have to refund Round 7, but I just don't see any way around it.
[*] And by the way, doesn't that $27k number grow with every passing day that 7bit continues to accept pre-orders (and money) for Round 7?

372 people are waiting for Round 6 phase 2 keys.
less than $19 each.
BTW: Round 7 is only about $17,943.50 (including unpaid orders) and there are not many who preorder Round 7 stuff right now ...
All of these kits cost only $19 and should be quite useful:
This is also in stock:
1.25 units modifiers can't be a waste of money!
Soon in production:

As a result of 7bit giving R6 phase 2 priority, there won't be any refunds of R7 until the former is fully paid. If all goes well, that probably means a month or two until any R7 refunds can happen. I'm kind of in the same boat, still haven't gotten that excess $200+ back.Dajiao123 wrote: ↑pls refund me what i have paid for Round 7. otherwise i would dispute this transaction. Thank u

BTW: You can also buy switches or in stock key caps.
I'm quite sure we will be able to pay for phase 2 by the end of February. If everybody pays right now, only about $3000 are missing.
From March on, people can have money back.

Need more blanks, need more blanks, need more blanks...in the time since starting with Round 5, I've grown a beard, gotten gray hair, named a volleyball to talk to, and gone from full-size QWERTY to wanting to make a minimalist custom. Of course cream (WV) looks better than any of the whites SP sells direct, and goes perfectly with R5/6 whites and violett.
Now, on to important business: this thread has gone two days, that's right two days, without drama. What's the deal? I need some entertainment while I decide how much to bet as to whether the 2020 Olympics will start before or after I get my caps .

Okay, let me make a wish:zslane wrote: ↑Be careful what you wish for.
7bit and Signature Plastics (Melissa?) eventually have things sorted out.
They enter a sweet and fruitful partnership, happily produce many key caps together including Round 6b, Round 7 and later other rounds.
They get along so well that they ... 7bit will keep a photo of her on his desk and she will keep a photo of 7bit on her desk.
Together, they produce again and again, with love, successful healthy caps, that all of us can witness.

Are you trying to deny that the warehouse-looking building in that heart-shaped frame on your desk is the SP factory?7bit wrote: ↑^^^ total rubbish ^^^
After clearing unpaid orders, only about $14,000 are in ALGOL kits.

New Member here (hi hi, how are you), How can I get in on this GB? I tried sending a PM to 7bit but the message is stuck in my Outbox as if I am blocked from PM'ing with my new account.

You should send these order messages to 7bot (the script / the bot), not 7bit (the person).
Please follow the link for further instructions:
wiki/Round_5#How_to_order
P.s. The messages sent to 7bot will be 'stuck' in the outbox. That is normal.

Send a message to: [7bot]

7bit, So it looks like one of my payments to Mashby almost a year earlier still isn't registered. Can you check on it? Or should I do a PP dispute and repay to the new payment email?

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. I'm waiting to see what 7bit can do since I already paid almost 2k in caps in R6/7 but this one payment won't register on his bot. I PM'd him several times months ago but no reply. I only hope that he can resolve this and I have all proof of payment.
