I took pictures of the full IBM 3278 Manual and compiled a PDF file.
PDF is uncompressed, 200MB.

Thanks for taking the time to photograph all the pages.
If you get the urge to to scan it properly at some point, you can bend the ends of the spiral/coil binding to align with the other coils and then "unscrew" it from the pages. The pages can then be scanned normally. Then "screw" the spiral binding back through the page holes and bend the ends over.
