Just a test. Quick'n'dirty shots cropped/resized by command-line only.
This was actually a mistake in arguments:

Also, Cherry keys are always welcome.

Added tarkoon's second and third background and my trackpoints background. I like woody's Cherry key, but can you try to like halve the file size?

Indeed- don't digg the cheap silverpaint look the keys get (due to flash?) and ofcourse straighten the board first
.

This is art (
)!
The colors look more pronunced than in woody's header image!
Nevertheless, here comes a header image which reminds me in keyboards somehow:

Not sure if this would look well in the header. Might try and retake the picture when the lighting conditions aren't limited to "Completely overcast" or "Waaaaay too sunny"

And flip the pic for clarity on the white logo. All his credit/pic ofcourse. Test:
*edit: aww, weird how it loses half it's charm now; tilting down on the right is less goodlooking then up apparently.

Changed the rules, all pictures which are endorsed by at least three other members here will be added to rotation.
I endorse GeorgeStorm's one above.
@002: I like bright colors more myself
@mrinterface: weird!
@daedalus: would love a dark one in a low light setting, if your camera can cope
