Let it stay in your mailbox until you buy something else from the US and then consolidate packages and ship together as one package.

I have been cracking my head over what I need to buy from US that does not add to the weight.. maybe more keyboards, LOL .. anyway, totally disheartening! I will figure something out!

The listing has been removed but 150 is OK if it's just missing a few keycaps and does not have any damage.

The listing is still alive, but the missing keycaps, except "pause/break", would be very hard to obtain.

Ah yes I see it now. No that looks fine actually. No, those missing keycaps are quite irrelevant for that price, no wonder it sold.

With insane shipping rates. There is no way that UPS ground costs $40 to the east coast.

Oh man, that looks awesome. I'm not sure I can resist now! :evilgeek: I bought too many keyboards these past two weeks so I might just let this slide.

I don't have this problem
I'll just throw this out here anyways:

How is hoarding different from collecting?
• In hoarding, people seldom seek to display their possessions, which are usually kept in disarray.
• In collecting, people usually proudly display their collections and keep them well organized.

Are your keyboards well organized?

100$ for a well used XT? meh. That other one looked unused. The last NIB I saw went for 150 shipping included.

NCR keyboard:

Is this one of the ones that Cherry people go nuts over? Looks like the case at least is 3000-compatible.

That PCB and those caps are from Cherry's very old keyboards, early 80s stuff. Do we know what switches are in this?

(triple post yay)

Also, this looks like one of those NOS Z-150s that hit the market a little while ago. If it is, I'd definitely advise picking one up if you're into linear switches, loving mine to bits! :D

Quite certainly, but without a pic of the bottom I wouldn't be completely sure it isn't a rubber dome G83

Yes, that's what I was thinking too. I didn't know if there were any other possible visual giveaways.

I'm pretty sure this one was not new. Look at the dirt at the lower part of the keyboard ... and you can also see that someone removed one of these helper-sticker from around the F-keys.

Dang, I missed it! Have a black label NOS one, but it won't work with a Soarer's so am looking for a white. If anyone here has a working converter for a black label one for sale, please let me know...

I'm pretty sure it didn't have a BIN when I first saw it. I have a red and a black label one already, so this is the missing one for me as well

Orihalcon does a special kit that works with them. Although you need one with square PCB corners or something, otherwise it won't work.

Black Labels can be converted whereas the white ones cannot in my experience. If you open the keyboard up, if the main PCB has very rounded edges, it will not work with a Soarer's Converter.

I can build a plug and play internal Soarer's Converter for your black label Zenith for $25 shipped to the USA including a 6ft black USB cable. PM me if interested, but check your internal PCB first, or send me a picture of it and I can tell you for sure if it will work or not. You are are correct that my external Soarer's Converters don't work with those, and that is due to them not having the "Reset" wire available which is only used on the Zenith and the Leading Edge DC-2014 if I recall correctly.
