The shill-bidding was aimed at you selling stuff to your other account.
In case of the TA board maybe the bidders don't want to be known? E.g. because they don't want to be messaged about this board? Have you asked them if they want their Ebay name shown publicly?

Somehow this guy reminds me of Trump.
You prove he’s dishonest, he answers you’re jealous.
You criticize him because he makes public info which is obfuscated by eBay for a reason, he answers it just doesn’t matter.
Well, I don’t know why we should answer his questions.
Nevertheless: a SAI is exactly 0.99€ worth:

provided there’s a computer attavched to it

have you ever contributed anything to it except asking for price and other information and advertising your eBay sales?

Than I can say "sell Model M" without pictures and "forget" to mention it's smashed up ... I know this is USUALLY not how it works, but I prefer to judge on pictures rather than on the model of the product.

And so you say "it's NIB" or "it's smashed" or whatever. For general price check [for an known and identified keyboard], taking and posting photos is a waste of time and bandwidth.Myoth wrote: ↑Than I can say "sell Model M" without pictures and "forget" to mention it's smashed up ... I actually had my own board to post but I got so annoyed by his posts that I forgot to link it
This is a Zenith / Bull Computer branded Cherry G80-1192HAX with a G80-1000HAU pcb inside. I have the original PCB (ISO and a beeper) as well.

I'm confused by those keycaps. They aren't original? If that's the case, what were the original caps? These? Because AFAIK Cherry have used "X" for all kinds of weird/no legends.gogusrl wrote: ↑This is a Zenith / Bull Computer branded Cherry G80-1192HAX with a G80-1000HAU pcb inside. Those keycaps are not related to the keyboard in any way, they're Zfrontier Vulcan Dyesubs (Star Trek). link here : https://en.zfrontier.com/products/keyreative-vulcan
The original caps on the keyboard were Italian or Spanish, I don't really remember.

Hey all, how is everyone? Wondering if there is any market info on what an M5-1 trackball keyboard (Part no. 1370478) might fetch these days?
If it were my only one, I wouldn't even consider parting with it, but she is a spare and I think I need to manufacture some cash flow to offset some other expenses. Despite the necessity of pricing it attractively enough to move quickly, I don't want to shoot myself in the foot out of desperation. I don't think they are that easy to come across, but then again, I don't know how much demand there would be for such an obscure board. There is a real dearth of listings to make comparisons. Most of the stuff I could find is actually pointing towards the same listing I originally purchased mine from years ago, so it's hard to know where to start with an asking price on it. I fear that my own affection for the thing might cause me to overestimate its value, so objective input would be greatly appreciated.

I would say between $80 and $150. Possibly more if you're in Europe. It really depends on who gets into a bidding war if you go that route.
$120 would be a fair fixed price, I think.

For the R1 Penubra it depends wether its used or not, I would say $280 used $350-400 unused. It should be noted tho there are a handful of crazies out there who may not yet have a R1 Penumbra set who would pay more for it, I am just giving the normal it should sell within the month price.

Thanks for the feedback - I've never used them and I messaged the person I bought them from - he put them on a board but also never used them. So probably I should be looking more towards the $350 end of things - perhaps $350 plus postage would be a fair price.codemonkeymike wrote: ↑For the R1 Penubra it depends wether its used or not, I would say $280 used $350-400 unused. Does anyone have any thoughts about these or the other items?
Thanks again

CM Storm TK Stealth.
How much could I ask for this keyboard?
In perfect shape, 100% working. Has a scratch on the back (tried to open it but the little bastard refused to, so out of fear of breaking the case I left it alone, somehow scratching the back of the case in the process).
I didn't buy it really. I bought a CM Storm TK but I RMA'd it because half the leds were dead*. After 2 months waiting, the new keyboard they sent me was the Stealth version. I didn't want to wait even more so I didn't even bother contacting the store again.
*RMAing ended up being a big mistake as I planned to use it with all the LEDs off, always.

I'm not sure if this goes against the rules as I'm doing a price check to potentially buy, not to sell.
If so, please do let me know and I will delete the post.
What would be a fair price for an AEK (I) with Orange Alps (supposedly in good condition) with box?

I for myself would spend 60€ easily.. if I would be willed to spend more depends on condition of the switches (just because it looks well on the outside the switches can be worn/dusty) and if I *need* it / how badly I want it right now.Montblanc wrote:I'm not sure if this goes against the rules as I'm doing a price check to potentially buy, not to sell.

Question from my side, also re buying:
How much should a used Griffin PowerMate volume knob in ok condition go for?
I suppose 20€ are on the cheap side, am I mistaken?
(If there is a viable alternative I am open for that as well btw)
