Super Lube is decent for stabs. I got mine from candykeys https://www.candykeys.com/product-category/lubrication/ but if you can get it in local stores it should be cheaper. In general you can use almost any thick silicon grease.

i found it at a local store for €8,60 a tube..on candyKeys they sell it for €14
Here in a local store from the net i have to add €6,05 so total €14,65
on candyKeys i have to add €6 of shipping so more expensive the guys there don't sell cheap haha..
Btw just finished uploading my vid showing how awful the stabs are.. everyone that bought a k-type from Massdrop is f..cked

Mine arrived today, ATM they are a little bit stiff as due to time constraints I haven't lubed them all yet, but they are the real deal and even in this state are better than what was initially on the K-Type. Like others have said, you have to give them a good push as they are a little bit larger than the holes but once in they are rock solid. Thanks faxe!

Thanks for the info! I got my hands on a set of KType stabs and compared the size to the originals, they are the same size as the original Cherry. They are however thinner than Cherry and a little bit more flexible, so it is easier to put them into their fittings. Also, the wires are thinner than original Cherry.

The thinner wire would account for the lack of proper stabilization. I also think that on the K-Type stabs the stems are a little bit smaller so they wobble more. The Cherry stabilizers are definitely less wobbly and snappier. Took the time to lube them all and they are a notable improvement.

Got my set of stabs and installed them on my K-Type. Works like a charm and a definite improvement over stock . Some of the plastic does get scraped off in the install process though.
