£100 and only posts to UK. Kinda expensive, but you don't find Alps buckling spring keyboards that often in Europe.
It actually looks like a Model-M on the back plate, the very same (what looks like plastic rivets). Why refer to it as Alps at all even though the frontal side of the switch is different from the traditional Model-M series?
Have never seen or owned that type of keyboard, hence good to see that the Model-M technique has affected other manufacturers back in the day .
Judging by the PS2 port and the general design I would say this may be early 90's. For some reason those caps don't look like their hiding Alps or Cherries underneath, they are just a little too flat for that.

The German unsaver is back up, this time with PayPal. Smells like somebody wasn't happy with last times auction and probably bid on it by himself to drive the price up, now a new try with PayPal to encourage international bidders https://ebay.com/itm/202178034432

"Sadly the last buyer requested to cancel the purchase: in that special case I granted his wish as it was reasonable and he presented the case in a polite way. Therefore you get a second chance...."
Anyhow I don't think the seller will need any help with bids since prices have gone sky high lately.

Maybe the seller would like something a bit closer to $2k
Or maybe the $1200 he was aiming for when he posted it on reddit. I've said what I think about phenix flipping his unsaver before, so I won't bore everyone again.
