Have many of these for sale - all in the original boxes and plastic wrappers - unused. Boxes are not pristine having been in storage for about 20 years but contents are fine.
These are the ps/2 versions with windows keys, thin ABS keycaps with lasered lettering and complicated black Alps.
If you're looking to use these via USB, the blue cube or Belkin y shaped adapter work best. The cheaper adapters tend to reset or miss keystrokes, particularly on non-ANSI boards.
Looking for 50 EUR / 45 GBP + shipping each. I'm in the UK but can ship worldwide.
I have roughly:
French (beige): ~10
French (black): ~10
Belgian (black): ~6
Belgian (beige): 1
Dutch (white): 1

And Dutch layout? How does that look. Almost every board here is US-ANSI.

I don't see what's so Dutch about that keyboard layout, several of the sub-legend characters are no part of the Dutch alphabet. It is a tempting offer though. These are Alps switches, right?

Yes. They were not all quite NIB so I've been through them all!Lustique wrote: ↑Are those the ones from this eBay listing?

I wasn't sure myself, but googling 'dutch keyboard layout' brings up the same layout. They are indeed Alps, SKCM black, tactile.Iggy wrote: ↑I don't see what's so Dutch about that keyboard layout, several of the sub-legend characters are no part of the Dutch alphabet. Tnx for the layout photo. Wikipedia confirms it's Dutch layout, but it isn't used anymore.balotz wrote: ↑I wasn't sure myself, but googling 'dutch keyboard layout' brings up the same layout. Get one of these and take out the tactile leaves. It yields an extremely smooth, perfectly weighted switch, very nice.gianni wrote: ↑I'm not an expert in alps switches... Do you have any ISO keyboard with a feeling similar to cherry mx reds? Blacks are too heavy.

Had to register when I saw this post, as my main board (Black AT102W) is currently on its last legs.
Would you do a deal on multiple boards? Aside from replacing my existing one (and possibly giving the Mrs one), I could do with an ANSI board or two to ensure both ANSI/ISO compatibility for my USB, NKRO replacement PCB project.
Would be interested in the Norweigan Black, Dutch Black, and one or two of the US boards. Located in the UK, so shipping shouldn't be an issue.
EDIT: Also, any ideas on increasing the weight of Alps, Chyros? Like, much, MUCH heavier. > 100g. I batter my board like it has personally offended me.

I did this once on a SGI Granite with white damped Alps, but the result was unpleasant. The rubber bumpers seem to prematurely interrupt the travel with each keypress.
So when I read your comment I was sceptical, but I just tried this on the AT101W, and you're right - somehow it makes the switch very smooth, and removes the initial stiffness.

Thanks balotz, keyboard arrived today, prompt and as advertised.
Now I'm in a dilemma, though. I had planned to use it as a donor of pristine black Alps for my build - however, seeing this untouched board I'm not sure I'll have the heart to rip it apart.

Here's a second positive feedback for balotz. I received the keyboard today in good order (I am typing on it now). Thank you for preserving the cardboard box of the keyboard and not use it as a shipping box.
Space bar feels wobbly, is there something that solves it? The keys themselves feel fine.

Hello,
How much are the shipping costs to France?
I'm really interested in buying 2 french AZERTY.

For realsies, I've been using that keyboard I bought from you every day since I got it. I had no idea I would come to like those Alps switches so much. One day I'll find some replacement key caps but for now, I'll be more than happy to type with it as I write my novel.balotz wrote: ↑bump
