Marvellous tactile SMK inverse cross mount switch - cheap for Frenchies. Have the same keyboard or I would have asked seller to ship to Germany. Decent condition...

Ha don't mind me, I wasn't saying that out of annoyance, but rather just making a comment about how the lazy will scavenge threads like these. I'll continue to keep posting deals as I find them.

P.S. A few years ago we used to remove posts that people were watching, do people still do that?

That is a possibility but there is no system in pace for that.

We could use the post reporting system but i dont want to increase mod workload , there is more of us now tho so i will change a chat and see.

Posts have never been removed by mods,
occasionally they were edited by their authors when requested to do so by other members.

Let’s not start deleting posts because other users object to having links shared. That sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Really?? You wanted to destroy a prototype for SWITCHES?

Not just any switches, orange or salmon Alps. Only a few million keyboards were made with these switches.

Even so, I dont even like Apple stuff myself and I wouldnt destroy it for the switches. A prototype is a prototype, even if it is from a shitty company.

Yeah, so what? It's still a prototype that's a rare part of tech history.

Computer>>>>>some switches

But the computer is unusable now and just a waste of space. I could use these awesome alps switches in my new reddit build, that's way better, isn't it?

It's an Apple prototype!! There are probably less than 50 of these that were even made, and even fewer survived!

The pictures show it clearly on and running, so it isnt unusable; maybe in a modern sense.
