Zenith Portable Computer with black label board. Looks in pretty good condition considering the case doesnt look yellowed at all and the caps are just a tinge or just a bit dirty.

I think you're looking at the wrong listing mate as the original one has ended, annoying thing eBay have started doing recently =[. If you click in the blue bar at the top you can see the original and I'm pretty confident they are 2 shots =]

this has a very interesting Italian layout, but... are they any chances to have it working again? I've never restored a single Kb: is it a good project to start with restoration for you?

Probably not, since beamsprings are pretty hard to both restore and find, meaning you will have trouble finding spare parts as well. There are a lot od documented restorations on the workshop forum.amati35 wrote: ↑RealityCavesIn wrote: ↑A 5251 in really rough shape

That model is quite common. Problem is you will have to find the same key as each row has a different slopped profile.Dingster wrote: ↑Probably not, since beamsprings are pretty hard to both restore and find, meaning you will have trouble finding spare parts as well. No, they can be brown alps as well. The DC-2214 can have white. I believe the DC-2014 is always blue alps, however.

Can't remember if it was a 2214 or a 3014, but I've found one of those with White ALPS before. No longer have the board to go back and look at though.Engicoder wrote: ↑Editedcodemonkeymike wrote: ↑Are those always blue alps?//gainsborough wrote: ↑https://www.ebay.com/itm/Leading-Edge-V ... 7675.l2557
