Hello,
I am getting rid of some stuff to clean a shelf and I was wondering whether it was anything worth (also regarding the interest of these)
- 200 blue ALPS switches: tactile, clicky
- 105 black ALPS switches: tactile, non clicky
- 104 orange ALPS switches: tactile, non clicky
- 105 white ALPS switches: tactile, non clicky
- 2 sticky ALPS, one white and one grey
As far as I can remember, thees come from 2 chicony, 2 apple II and 1 Dell AT102 keyboards
There is also a set of double shot keycaps, iso layout (azerty / BE) from a G81-3000 but I think it is cherry mx compatible, right ?
So is it of any value ? Is it worth the belgian shipping cost (should be around 10 euros (using submarines for transportation sounds like an epic failure) ) ?
Thanks for the enlightenment,

Do you have the boards the alps came with or did you throw them away?

Unfortunately, I was not taught the truth about keyboards young enough... the boards were thrown away since they were not functioning anymore

Hm...I think 100 of any of those switches should get you at least 20 EUR.
EDIT:
Correction: 100 of any of those switches WILL get you at least 20 EUR.

blue and orange alps will bring a minimum of 30€ per 100.
blacks 15, whites 20.
I recommend you pm MrInterface, I think he might be interested in purchasing the entire lot of switches.
The azerty DS caps are worth 25-35 € depending on their condition.
pm Gilgam, i'm sure he will be interested.

Gilgam will soon have monopoly on DS azerty and when the French(also some Belgian) enthusiasts finally catch up he will be rich.Ascaii wrote:blue and orange alps will bring a minimum of 30€ per 100.

New in box, but an ISO layout. Would normal unicomp key covers work with these? Shame about postal costs
Is it worth the money they are asking?

Plain French layout.
I would say the keyboard itself is worth next to nothing (MY switches). Or would a collector want to pay for the weird "HPG"?
As for the keycaps, depending on condition I would rate them at 10-20 Euro, at least in good old Europe. Shipping yours from the US would probably make them too expensive.

Time to spread the wealth
PS. Following the current trend of Ansi only gbs, group buy 4 is probably the last chance for a long time to get ISO DS, what would raise the price for decent DS sets a lot.
But that's just a hunch

1x 1391401. Condition: Good, All caps complete and proper detachable cord.

I'd try to sell them here first and then put them up on ebay if you don't succeed.
used german model ms go on ebay for 30-80 depending on condition and mainly how good your description and photos are, presentation is everything. make sure they are cleaned!
btw. it would help if you add your country of residence to your profile so one at least could guess what layout these have
