Here's my setup. 43" 4k display on the left, 27" 1440p display in portrait on the right. I know the lighting is terrible but this is the best I can do for now.

Isn't such a small distance between the screen and eyes (and also the field of view coverage) quite unhealthy?

I guess it's not apparent from the picture, but I don't sit as close to the screens as you might think (about 3 feet away). So neither of these things are any more of an issue than with a more typical multi-display setup.davkol wrote: ↑Isn't such a small distance between the screen and eyes (and also the field of view coverage) quite unhealthy?

Fair enough. ~90 cm (after conversion to civilized units) is quite normal. I was confused by the keyboard placement, because then it's more suited for the zombie posture:

I'm trying! Hopefully next year we'll be able to re-print it! You'll find it on Pimpmykeyboardmadrobby wrote: ↑That is *amazing*. Is that still available to buy somewhere?

I do have a similar setup but with a 48" 4k screen and a couple of vertical 19" ones on the right side and, as they are in a real office desk, distance seems enough so I have I have everyhing inside my field of view while focused at the big screen.Bass wrote: ↑I guess it's not apparent from the picture, but I don't sit as close to the screens as you might think (about 3 feet away). Nope, Ive grown to quite like it actually, my backspace is the wrong profile as well which makes hitting it a little easier, although this does make hitting the two keys above it a little trickier...

What display is that? I have a ProLite X4071UHSU-B1 the image quality is good but the response time is so slow i can see trails behind scrolling text/ images like old early 90s laptops . I sent it to iiyama but they said there was nothing wrong with it.

It's an LG 43MU79. I don't know exactly how it compares, but response times haven't been a noticeable issue in my experience (it's rated at 8 ms).andrewjoy wrote: ↑Bass wrote: ↑Here's my setup. 43" 4k display on the left, 27" 1440p display in portrait on the right. If you are interested in buying it, be aware that there is a more commonly known UD79 model which is pretty much the same to the best of my knowledge except having only 1 year of warranty. I love the screen real estate provided by this display, but most 43" 4k displays I know of are bound to have some sort of flickering or image retention issues down the line, and this one is no exception. Mine started to experience image retention after around 8 months of use, but in practice it's only noticeable for me at the very start of fullscreen video playback.

Thanks! That looks quite good. I like the fact that its matte and not glossy!
I think i will wait till we can get 120htz models without having to go to ebay for off brand screens. I am sure they are fine but the warantee scares me!

The old keyboard (DELL) had to go...
The new one (75% Vortex) has MX Pink switches - so it is quieter than its rubberdome predecessor and no one at the office can comlain
EDIT: New Trackball, I want to be like Nathan Kim!
EDIT 2: Built a new 60 and got a deskmat.
EDIT 3: Built a new 60 without centre posts and PC Plate (clackityclack) and OG doubleshots
EDIT 4: IDB60 (plateless keyboard) with GMK WOB

I recently built my new office desk and also received my freshly powder coated 3278 back as well. I thought I share a few pictures.
