Wow, haven't seen this thread for months now.
But I pulled this board out today and it looks no where as cool as I remember it. In fact, I gotta nominate it here:
I mean it's got nice components. The keycaps are super unique and it has the coveted creams. But typing on it feels like garbage. I guess it goes to show that a nice keyboard isn't just the sum of its parts.

A lot of people think the switches only is only component of a keyboard that matters but that is not true at all.snacksthecat wrote: ↑27 Mar 2019, 01:15Wow, haven't seen this thread for months now.

A shame about the lousy key feel. I rather like the way it looks.

Those stickers on the MacAlly keyboard look like they are for the video editing program Avid.
Looks are not a priority.

Clearly they weren't - just look at that hideous transparent, ridged case! D:Findecanor wrote: ↑07 Apr 2019, 21:34Those stickers on the MacAlly keyboard look like they are for the video editing program Avid.

Continuing the pink theme. A good old keyboard for blondes. Some of the buttons can talk:

And apparently someone has even created a website in an attempt to tell the world this product should not exist:

BTW, that's not a BAE — it's a GAE. And no wonder that right Shift is 3U long: it needs to be that big to support the GAE's weight.

There are no such things as ugly keyboards, only ugly typists. [translated ancient proverb]
Just kidding. My entrant is this:
Not only does it look hiiiideous - clearly yellowed with age, with illegible key printing - but the keys are mushy, the caps are sticky, and the body is both light (lighter than even an Apple alumininininum keyboard) and flimsy.

Also, the manufacturer specs maple syrup as the sole approved lubricant for some reason.

It... it... looks like the makeup case my ex-sister in law carried around with her wherever she went.
