I love huge keyboards with more keys than the normal 101 or 104 layout, but unsaver seems a special case, no chance to get one tho. Does anyone want to sell one here?

When DID the 4704 come out actually? I just realised that I've got no idea what year it was released xD .

I had 4 of them at one point (as Tinnie’s UK proxy) and the oldest was 1983 as I recall. My own is 1986 I think.

That in itself is interesting, since it means IBM had access to the more relatively modern-looking layout at the same time the Model F XT was being initially fielded.

Modern-looking is a very relative term :p . From what I've read, at the time, nobody had seen anything like the F XT layout before :p .

DAMN, we're on the same page here.

Have always despised the 'Tiny" keyboards because you need to strap a microscope on your eyeballs to see it. All of a sudden the companies are all trying to make keyboards for babies coming fresh out of wombs. Also needing to press two or three extra keys at once to initiate a single process or command, what the hell is up with that?

Sure you can 'smallify' anything here but it's time for 'normal people' to have something to use each and everyday, in comfort and style.

When you're livin-large you need a Battle Cruiser sized keyboard to enjoy. It has to fill up half the table top because after all, that's what a table is made for.
