WOAH.
That plate looks to be beyond saving, and makes me fear for the PCB as well. Is the case in one piece and unbroken? Could this keyboard be put back into service?
Worst case scenario, (case and) caps should be salvageable and cleanable, and would make for a great "before and after" pair of pics.
Reasonable. Just hope the PCB is still positive, I havn't go that deep. Case is still in good condition except the dust as I can see. Will update as finished.

It's an f122 left in a room of a house since 1983.
Did the roof fall in or something?

Uhh... What kind of room was it left in? A bathroom?
Interesting, unfortunately im not the discoverer, just a normal buyer who paid a nice price. Admittely no idea what's like inside under the keycaps before payment.

While I second the fear that the pcb might be damaged, this board is still super recoverable! The plates can be sanded and repainted pretty easily. Great find, Ive found 6 F XT's for practically free so far but still not a single F122 :p
Maybe next time

, never know what we'll find when wake up in the morning.

Ugh, that is truly disgusting. I have had boards come to me filled with hair, nail clippings and old food, but never quite to that degree. I really hope it's not too far gone to save. model Fs can really take a beating and keep working though, so I assume you would have no trouble getting it working. Good luck!
thanks, mike. love your g80-5k.
