Cyrillic, not Czech. Zbrojovka made a bunch for Russian speaking countries, but there are latin versions also.

Ah the mysterious p/n 1397735, the only original IBM Model M variant with no logo. The logo is a bit of a mystery. Maybe the badge was lifted from another piece of IBM equipment. It does look like a proper badge with raised letters.

I get the feeling that it's a black M13 badge with the silver paint worn off; could be wrong though.
