Yeah that looks like WWII. The eagle on the bottom looks like the emblem of the 3rd Reich, not like the traditional German coat of arms. Have you reached out to the seller? Often times you can negotiate if you offer to pay for the expensive shipping.

The emblem on the bottom is not related to the Wehrmacht at all, it's the symbol of the "Deutsche Reichsbahn", so the state railway company in Germany from 1920-1945 and later in East Germany from 1945 until 1993.

It's probably not that old. Maybe around 1950.
