Insides (PCB, switches, caps, and PS/2 cable) are all brand new - it's the same one being sold on Ebay atm.
I think these are Spanish keycaps.

I swapped it and the FCC sticker into the case from my 6011 - also called the K case - but more compact. Still looks nice.
