Made in Japan; what do we reckon? Something Fujitsu underneath (LED in top left of switch)? Plug is round, but I guess it won't be standard DIN...
R-1078-03 - keyboard, apparently came with the Nixdorf 8810 M35. A quick search didn't bring up anything else rn, but maybe it could be a starting point for you.

Edit: Found someone on ebay Kleinanzeigen who sells the entire machine. He was very helpful and provided pictures of the switches.

Never seen those before and can't find em on the wiki...

Fujitsu Lead Spring 2nd Gen?
The bottom side and the layout look very similar to this one: wiki/Hewlett_Packard_2623A

Gotta love the KTRL key tho :)

Front has Bull logo on it, backside says Zenith.
Does that make sense? And if it’s Zenith, anyone has an idea about the switches?
Thank you all!
This is a Honeywell manufactured, Zenith branded, rubber dome board. Honeywell later sold their keyboard division to Key Tronic and Key Tronic still makes keyboards at this same location. They're actually rather solidly built.

I have a later revision you can see shots of here: viewtopic.php?f=62&t=25528

Found this keyboard a few days back. I love the appearance and the sound of the switches. I'd love to find out what model this keyboard is :)

Any idea what these ribbon cabled oldies are?
The logo clearly says DRI, but this picture is all I have to go on:

That's some high-grade detective work! Thanks!
I wonder if they are any good. I see various similar switches being described as linear or moderately tactile.

Something similar is in Ascaii's collection.

Thanks! I have a similar Philips board, I think with wiki/Philips_cranked_wire. They're fairly stiff, pretty short travel linear, but quite stable. Mine is clean but still slightly scratchy, and I think they'd benefit from lube. They have a great deep sound, and again, I think think they'd sound amazing with lube. Mine has very different thin doubleshot keycaps though.

I bought this one cheap. 3rd gen Fujitsu leaf springs. Made by Fujitsu Limited in 1987. Painted metal bottom case. Metal mounting plate. Two-tone plastic top case. It's even got a beeper!

Model is <something>9453KC2. Part is C10L-2000-0004. But ... what's the real model name? I couldn't find anything with those numbers/letters. Also, does anyone have better pics of one of these? It has three different colors for the keycaps -- double shot ABS, BTW -- and I'd like to see if I can restore them to close to the right colors.

I got one of this years back and I think Im still keeping it at somewhere at my house.

Unfortunately mine is not in better condition than yours, caps yellowed, scratchy lot of places, missing one or two shift caps, etc.

There's a panafacom label inside of the bottom case iirc, and replacing controller to USB is not that hard. Thats all what in my memory still.
Spoiler:
Edit: do have a pic.

Cool.

If you have any info on an easy controller replacement, please share. I like easy. I do have a pinout on that 6-pin DIN cable, too.

I have a similar board but mine was put in a metal case for the Germany military.

As far as I can tell it's a pretty nice dome and slider board which closely matches the G80-1800 layout.

I saw those on eBay and were seriously considering it. Have you had success converting it for a modern PC? (AFAIR the connector was nonstandard)

I was going to try to shove a 1800 PCB into it. I haven't popped it open yet, there's a chance it's USB or something else standard (but with a milspec connector), but I still need to find my torx driver.

Actually working aside I reccomend it, the case is all metal, but with a giant sticker (similar to a lock light sticker) on top.

I'm curious about the pointing device, though! :)

Very probably blue alps! It has been known to come with those, at least. Probably why it was just snatched by someone! :(

Do you recognize this Mitsumi Board? It reads "Standard Keyboard" on the back label which I guess is not to be confused with "standard mechanical".

S/No. reads 040338659 even though this probably doesn't help at all.
Do you know if this uses Mitsumi Standard Mechanical or Hybrid Switches or does Mitsumi have some plain (=bad?) Rubberdomes?

I'd peg it as a rubber dome. Maybe not even a KPQ/KPR type.

There is a Mitsumi miniature mechanical switch and a Mitsumi standard mechanical switch. I'm pretty sure that these were not the names that Mitsumi actually used, but it's more convenient for us to tell the difference on this forum. I think the Wiki heavily implies that, at least.

FWIW, I do have a Mitsumi standard mechanical switch keyboard. I should do some testing. Someone needs to give me a Mitsumi mini mechanical so I can comment on the differences.

Win keys, I'm fairly sure that's a RD. If you can, look at the back side. If it has a large recessed area, it's 100% a membrane board.

Hello guys, first post here :D
I'm about to buy a keyboard. The announcer says it's mechanic, but I can't find any information online. Model: DKM-2000 XT.

Thank you so much!
