i need help with qmk firmware

i don't have much time to do it by myself
so i wish to pay someone for making me my custom layout QMK code
any help will be very.... appreciate

An easy way to get a QMK board set up is to create your layout in http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/ then import that layout into https://kbfirmware.com/ where you assign rows/cols, pins, layers, etc. It will give you a hex file that can be directly flashed to your controller. Make sure to save the config itself so you can make changes later.

can i do any custom keymap layout
or i need to follow some "basic rules" ?
my keyboard has 2 languages

for example the standard numbers comes with the symbols
1! | 2@ | 3# | 4$ | and so on...

can i make my numbers keymap to be only numbers
1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | and so on
and to make different single keys for
! | @ | # | $ | etc..

You should be able to do pretty much anything in QMK if you work with layers/macros. There's an abundance of documentation out there, give it a shot!
